Effective: 7 November 2026. This notice covers the pre-launch email waitlist at oddsvera.com.

What we collect

We collect the email address you submit and the date of signup, together with a record of your consent. Our server uses a temporary hashed network-address identifier to limit automated signup abuse. We do not ask for betting account details or financial information.

Why we use it

We use your email only to send occasional updates about OddsVera AI's launch and our own related product developments. Signup is optional. It does not create a subscription or betting account.

Consent and withdrawal

You explicitly choose whether to join. You can withdraw your consent by using our remove-my-email form at any time. We will not sell your waitlist email address or share it with bookmakers for marketing.

Storage and access

The waitlist is held in a private file outside the public website directory on our hosting account. Hosting and technical service providers may process the information as needed to deliver the service. Access is limited to site administrators. No automatic marketing emails are currently sent.

Retention

We keep your email until you withdraw consent, the waitlist is closed, or we determine it is no longer needed. We will review and delete inactive pre-launch records rather than retain them indefinitely.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. For immediate removal, use the unsubscribe form. Other requests can be handled after we publish an official privacy contact channel.

Analytics and cookies

We have not enabled Google Analytics or advertising tracking in this release. If those tools are added, we will update this notice and assess applicable consent obligations before activating them.

OddsVera AI is a planned sports analytics service, not a bookmaker. We do not take bets. All sample matches or probabilities on the website are fictional.
